Technology of Tiny-oil ignition of cold furnace
The Technology of Tiny-oil ignition of cold furnaceOperating principle has an extra low-load stable combustion burner. In this technology a specially designed high energy gasifying oil syringe will first ignite small quantity of coal dust at the primary stage, and the ignited coal dust will in turn ignite the coal dust at the secondary stage and the third stage, finally the whole coal dust in the cold furnace can be ignited with very low oil consumption. Multilevel ring seam gas film cooling around the burner can prevent the boiler from burn-out and slag bonding, and replenish combustion air. This device mainly includes five systems: fuel oil system, air dust system, coal dust combustion system, automatic control system and air preheating system.

Temperature distribution map Advantages
Igniting large quantity of coal dust with very small quantity of oil (15~40kg/h), with fuel saving ratio as high as over 95%.
Allowing a power station boiler to start under cold state and hot state, and combust at extra-low load (lower than 30%)
Multilevel gas film cooling can prevent the burner from slag bonding, burn-out during the ignition process, less maintenance, good safety.
Double flame test, full automatic control, convenient ignition, fast and safe.
Easy and simple reconstruction, no influence on normal running of the equipment.
The reconstructed power station boiler can be put into electric dedust process immediately after it is ignited, good environmental protection effect
Low investment cost, strong market competitiveness
Almost maintenance free
Main technical indices
